What is deforestation?
When forests are cut is made naturally or by humans burned wood for different purposes in order to access, process, known as deforestation. Sometimes, this process occurs naturally as well. However, most of the time, it is the handiwork of man. Some of Brazil's largest timber reserves in Africa, the Congo Basin Forest, and in Southeast Asia Indonesian rainforest of the Amazon Rainforest. Deforestation, soil erosion is also occurring naturally or can be caused by forest fires.
What is deforestation?
There are many reasons for Rainforest deforestation. The most common and well known in some of the reasons include:
Fuel: charcoal tree derived from or used as fuel. Usually, the charcoal in the market in many countries as a means of alternative fuel is sold. The branches of trees are cut, dried, and used as fuel for cooking etc.
- Land use: For many years, the man was cutting trees down in order to clear land for their livestock so that they can use as pasture. As human population increases, the need to feed livestock. Unfortunately, more and more trees for greener pastures to feed cows, goats, sheep, etc. are cut to make way for
- Settlements: the habitable land is cute and adorable, people need to opt for cheaper land to settle.These trees are appropriate and reforestation are removed regardless of the absolute indifference.
Effects of deforestation to the global environment?
Green as the cover is destroyed, or destroy fragile ecosystems become unbalanced. Rainforest deforestation damaged habitats, biodiversity loss, microenvironment and leads to imbalance in the jejunum.
